We make sure we’re the right fit for each other. If we are, you’ll move into the 8-week Exposure Series. And if you’re ready to go deeper after that, the Focus Series is there for graduates who want to unlayer what comes next.
Relief starts the moment someone truly listens. Trust builds when you see evidence of yourself you didn’t know existed.
This isn’t quick. It’s thorough. And that’s exactly why it works.
You share your story. How you see yourself. What you believe about your life right now. I listen deeply, ask questions that help me understand what you’re carrying, and make sure I truly get your narrative. By the end of week two, you’ll feel heard in a way that matters. No rushing. No judgment.
What becomes possible: Relief. The feeling of being truly seen.
Now we explore what your photos actually show. The moments where you were grounded, capable, present, worthy. These images often contradict the story you’ve been telling yourself. We’re not saying your old story was wrong. We’re gently showing you what else is true.
What becomes possible: The first shift. A crack in the old narrative.
Together, we create a roadmap that belongs to you. But we’re not just planning. We’re practicing. You start noticing the evidence in your own life. You get small wins. You feel the momentum before you leave. Week eight ends not with a strategy, but with you walking forward with proof.
What becomes possible: You step into your power.
For those ready to go deeper.
After the Exposure Series, some people discover a blockage they can’t quite name. Others feel the momentum and want to keep unlayering. That’s where the Focus Series comes in—a flexible partnership where we identify what’s stuck, name it, and let it go. I’m also here as your witness—someone who sees the work you’re doing and helps you stay grounded in it.
The Focus Series is a three-session packet. You use them however you need—back-to-back, stretched over weeks, or whenever you’re ready to go deeper. No expiration date. Your standing invitation to come back when something surfaces.
What becomes possible: Deeper freedom. Real, sustained change.
Amanda Castleberry speaks to healthcare professionals, legal officials, teachers, and therapists about bias, prejudice, and the transformative power of truly seeing people. Not categories, not assumptions. The full human in front of you.
Through her own journey with self-harm and the judgment that accompanied it, she illuminates how bias and prejudice can wound us while we’re trying to heal. Her speaking work invites professionals to examine the gap between their intentions and their impact, and to discover what becomes possible when we see the whole person, not the judgment.
The Exposure Series is for teens and adults who are ready to move beyond self-harm and trauma. If you’ve been carrying a story about yourself that doesn’t match what you’re actually capable of, if you’re tired of the old narrative, this is for you. You don’t need to be “broken enough” or “ready enough.” You just need to be willing to see yourself differently. Optimal Mindset can help with that.
The Focus Series is for Exposure Series graduates who’ve felt the shift and want to keep going. If you’ve moved through the program and discovered a blockage you can’t quite name, or if you feel momentum and want to keep unlayering, this is your next chapter.
Each session is 45 minutes. That’s enough time to go deep without stretching thin. We want to be fully present with you, and 45 minutes lets us do that well.
Discovery Call: $100. Exposure Series: $3,500. Focus Series (three-session packet): $1,800. You can find the details about what’s included in each above.
